Background
The Government of Bangladesh, through the IFAD-supported PROVATI³ project, plans to provide vocational training in freelancing skills—such as SEO, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing—to 500 young women from six disadvantaged northern districts: Kurigram, Jamalpur, Rangpur, Gaibandha, Nilphamari, and Lalmonirhat. The initiative aims to reduce youth unemployment, promote gender-inclusive economic growth, and expand opportunities in the digital economy.

By partnering with qualified service providers or technical institutes, the program will deliver practical skills training along with career counseling, mentorship, and job placement support.
